Bethuel Netshiswinzhe (PhD)

Bethuel is a Business Executive with strong background in infrastructure delivery management and over 25 years of experience in the development sector.  He currently manages a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and real estate developments through various companies that he is a Director and Shareholder.

Bethuel has previously worked at executive  leadership level in various organisations in the public sector.. He was the Head of Department (HOD) at Gauteng Department of Infrastructure Development and Property Management, managing a medium term (3 year) infrastructure development project pipeline of over 500 projects with a budget of R10.8 Billion (~ £580 million). Before joining Gauteng Provincial Government, he was the Divisional Executive at the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) responsible for leading and managing the public-sector investment operations of the DBSA in Gauteng, North West and Limpopo Provinces.

Mr Theo van Vuuren

Qualified in Town and Regional Planning,  (University of Pretoria), Marketing Management  (UNISA), Financial Management, (Wits Business School) and municipal Management (University of the North West) he has extensive experience in development, management and financial matters. He served as  a Divisional executive responsible for portfolio management of an infrastructure portfolio including more than 100 municipalities and SOE’s at the Development Bank of Southern Africa. He further has been responsible for municipal turn around and amongst others was a Section 139 Administrator and later municipal manager of the Emalahleni Municipality, Since 2018 he is a director in various agricultural and urban development companies  including Blue Horizon Developments, MAC-SA, Pinda Field and is an associate to Blue IQ Services (PTY) LTD. He is also the CEO of the MAC-SA who is rolling out a 3 000 ha programme in Umhlabuyalingana municipal area of  KwaZulu-Natal.
